We are "value-based" and utilize a new, proprietary, straightforward analytical framework based on Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) that is driven by sales growth and residual income margin and linked to observations in the capital market.  This approach is both intuitive and easily traceable to reported financial statements. There are a modest few, but critical, adjustments to accounting data. We believe value is realized by our clients via our thoughtful interpretation and recommendations, not through the complexity of the measure.
